2) Clients have the freedom to post or use the commissioned illustration for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, or role-play! No need to ask for my permission unless it will be used for profit or commercial use.3) Clients, under any circumstances, are not permitted to use the commissioned artwork for feeding and training Artificial Intelligence (AI) image generators and programs.4) Clients are not permitted to use the commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any kind of profit is prohibited.5) I, Terra, retain copyright of the finished artwork. I am free to use the commission for promotional activities including sharing on social media, building my portfolio, and other types of marketing unless discussed otherwise.COMMISSION T.O.S1) As much as possible, please give me IMAGE REFERENCES. If not available, please be as specific and descriptive as possible!2) I will NOT draw : Furries, Mecha, Gore, and extreme NSFW. Everything else is OK.3) I will be sending commission progress updates and wips, so please address all concerns and changes during that period. Major revisions after the final submission will incur an additional fee.4) There will be an additional fee for rush commissions.5) I may decline your commission request if I am not comfortable with the request or if the difficulty is beyond my current skill level.6) Commissions will take me within 1-3 months to finish but you are free to ask for updates of your commission.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS1) Payments will be made primarily through PayPal.
Gcash or Bank Transfer is possible for clients from the Philippines2) Paypal invoices will be sent in either US Dollar or Philippine Peso currency only, depending on the client's preference.3) I will only begin once the payment has been sent. All payments are non-refundable unless:- I have not yet begun with your commission.- I am unable to complete your commission within 3 months or the time agreed upon- I am unable to finish due to personal issues and other unforeseen circumstances.
